Half Day sail to Maho & Mullet Beaches

On this trip you will sail for about 30 minutes and will arrive at Maho Beach. It is famous for the Princess Juliana International Airport adjacent to the beach. This is one of the few places in the world where aircrafts can be viewed in their flight path just outside the end of the runway. On their final approach flying over the beach at altitudes of less than 100 feet above ground level.

After watching planes land and take off we will stop at Mullet Beach next to Maho. Mullet Bay is a large white sandybeach, with slow rolling curls of waves coming in the beautiful, moon shaped bay. Its active surf makes this an attractive spot for local surfers. Mullet Bay is one of the prettiest beaches on Sint Maarten. It fits the picture of a tropical beach: wide and flat with a stand of palm trees on the fringe. The backdrop of seagrapes gives an additional cooling natural shade to this travel catalogue-like beach. Rocks line the East and West side of Mullet Bay, providing appealing snorkeling at some spots. On the left of the beach, there are a few Lolo's (snack bars), where you can get food and drinks. There are many shaded areas.

The last stop of this amazing trip will be at Simpson Bay in front Karakter Beach bar. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a cocktail at the Beach bar (extra cost). Karakter is located on one of the most beautiful beaches of St. Maarten, the mile-long, Simpson Bay Beach. We will be back at Kim Sha beach at 5 pm.
